1. Data controller
To be completed: company name, address, identifiers and CNDP declaration/authorisation number (Law 09-08).
2. Data collected
Driver identity and contact details, booking information, age and years of licence. No copy of ID documents is stored by the platform.
3. Purposes
Booking management, communication with the agency, notifications, fraud prevention, legal and accounting obligations.
4. Recipients
The agency handling your booking, our technical processors (hosting, email, messaging) and authorities where required by law.
5. Your rights
Access, rectification, objection and erasure, from your account or via support. You may contact the CNDP.
